Who can attend

Fans of all ages are welcome at EnchantiCon. Our recommended minimum age is 11 — some of our programming may not be suitable for younger attendees. Children under 5 attend free when accompanied by a registered parent or legal guardian. More on age recommendations.

While EnchantiCon tickets are transferable, you should only buy EnchantiCon tickets from the official EnchantiCon page. If you purchase from another source, you risk buying a counterfeit or invalid ticket. EnchantiCon is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial sources.

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final — we do not offer refunds. However, EnchantiCon tickets are fully transferable, so if you can't make it you can pass your ticket to someone else. See the transfer FAQ below.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes! Tickets can be transferred up until the event. Email help@enchanticon.com with your order number and the new holder's name. Full transfer instructions here.

I have a day pass — can I swap to a different day?

Day pass swaps are allowed subject to availability. Email help@enchanticon.com with your order number and the day you'd like to switch to.

What's included with each pass type?

Spellbound Pass ($449): All 3 days, every panel, Marketplace, VIP ball access, Game Night, premium MainStage seating, $50 add-on credit, exclusive merch, and a dedicated Spellbound Liaison.

General Pass ($199): All 3 days, every panel, Marketplace, Ball access, Game Night.

Day Passes ($79 each): Everything on your chosen day. Saturday includes evening access to The Enchanted Forest Ball.

Autographs and photo ops are sold separately for all ticket types.

What is the age policy?

All ages welcome. Recommended minimum age is 11. Children under 5 attend free with a registered parent or guardian. Full age policy here.

When and where do I pick up my badge?

Badges are picked up at the EnchantiCon registration desk at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel. Registration opens Friday, July 10. Bring the name on your ticket and a photo ID. Spellbound Pass holders have an expedited check-in lane.

Is there a discounted hotel block?

Yes! We have a group rate at the Hilton St. Louis Frontenac for July 10–12. Book your room here — availability is limited.

Are there accessibility accommodations?

Yes. The checkout form has a field for accessibility needs (mobility, sensory, dietary, service animals, etc.). You can also email help@enchanticon.com any time.

I didn't receive my confirmation email — what should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email help@enchanticon.com with the email address and name you used at checkout and we'll look up your order.
