Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets to EnchantiCon 2026 ("the Event"). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Ticket Purchase

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. EnchantiCon reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event and will communicate updates via official channels.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets online. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Children under 5 attend free when accompanied by a registered parent or legal guardian.
• Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be invalid and will not be honored.

2. Transfers & Name Changes

Tickets are transferable. You may change the name on a ticket prior to the Event by contacting help@enchanticon.com. Name changes are subject to availability and must be completed before the event begins. EnchantiCon is not responsible for tickets transferred through unofficial channels.

3. Event Entry

A valid ticket (physical or digital) is required for entry. EnchantiCon uses QR code-based check-in. Your QR code will be provided upon purchase confirmation and is unique to your order. Present your QR code at the door for entry.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are required to abide by the EnchantiCon Code of Conduct. Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the Event without refund.

5. Photography & Recording

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. EnchantiCon reserves the right to use such images and recordings in marketing materials.

6. Liability

EnchantiCon is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred at the Event except where required by law. Attendees attend at their own risk. The Event is held rain or shine; no refunds will be issued due to weather.

7. Program Changes

Guests, programming, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. Ticket prices are set at the time of purchase and are not subject to change after the transaction is complete.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your ticket purchase and communicating event-related updates. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more information, please contact help@enchanticon.com.
