By purchasing a ticket to EnchantiCon 2026 ("the Event"), you ("Attendee") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
All ticket sales are final. EnchantiCon does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, scheduling conflicts, or changes to the event program. However, tickets are transferable — see the Transfer Policy below.
EnchantiCon tickets may be transferred to another person at any time up until the event. To transfer a ticket, email help@enchanticon.com with your order number and the name and contact information of the new ticket holder. Transfers are subject to our review and are not guaranteed in all circumstances.
EnchantiCon and its authorized media partners will photograph and record video at the Event for promotional, editorial, and archival purposes. By attending, you grant EnchantiCon a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your likeness in such materials.
Personal photography and video are permitted in general convention areas for non-commercial use. Recording is prohibited in designated restricted areas (which will be marked on-site) and during specific sessions where guests have requested no recording.
EnchantiCon reserves the right to revoke any ticket and remove any attendee from the Event, without refund, for the following reasons:
Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EnchantiCon, its organizers, officers, volunteers, vendors, and venue partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Attendee's participation in the Event, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.
EnchantiCon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at the Event. Attendees are encouraged to safeguard their belongings. The venue's own policies regarding lost and found will apply to items left on venue premises.
Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded at the Event. EnchantiCon may use such recordings for promotional purposes without compensation to the Attendee. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee exclusion from all event media.
The Event is held rain or shine at an indoor venue. EnchantiCon reserves the right to modify or cancel programming, guests, or scheduled events due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, Acts of God, illness, travel disruptions, or venue issues. Guest appearances and the schedule are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued due to changes in programming or guest appearances.
In the unlikely event of a full event cancellation by EnchantiCon, attendees will be notified by email and a refund or credit policy will be communicated at that time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your attendance at the Event shall be resolved in the courts of St. Louis County, Missouri.
